            <title>FHS Girls Win Texas Tournament!</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<span class="mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image" style="display: inline;"><img alt="Lady_Bulldogs.png" src="http://webapps.fayar.net/mt/community/Lady_Bulldogs.png" class="mt-image-left" style="margin: 0pt 20px 20px 0pt; float: left;" height="81" width="125" /></span>The FHS Lady Bulldogs became the only the second non-Texas team to win the 58th Saundra Meadows Classic in Duncanville, TX. <br /><br />Senior Cassie Clarke was named the tournament Most Valuable Player, and Kourtni Williams, Elizabeth Nagel and Sierra Shipley joined Clarke on the All-Tournament Team. <br /><br />The Lady Bulldogs are now 14-0 and ranked #21 in the nation by <i>USA Today. </i><br /><br /><a href="http://www.fayar.net/imagesAdmin/Lady_Bulldogs.jpg">Click here for a larger version of the team photo. </a><br /> ]]></description>

            <title>Rooms for the Night</title>

All five rooms were immediately filled by grateful families.<br /><br />Thanks to Tyler Wilson and the good people at&nbsp; Holiday Inn Express for this very generous gesture!<br /> ]]></description>

            <title>Leverett Elementary Students Win GAC Youth Poster Contest</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<span class="mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image" style="display: inline;"><img alt="Kambre(2).JPG" src="http://webapps.fayar.net/mt/community/Kambre%282%29.JPG" class="mt-image-center" style="margin: 0pt auto 20px; text-align: center; display: block;" height="295" width="400" /></span><br />Fifth graders Heather Osburne and Kambre Whisenhunt won first place and third place respectively, in the Great Arkansas Cleanup Youth Poster Contest, sponsored by Keep Arkansas Beautiful and the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service.&nbsp; John Pope, Vice Chairman of the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Commission, presented the students with awards in Leverett's library.&nbsp; The purpose of the contest was to involve students, increase awareness and to educate the public that litter and using illegal dumping sites have a harmful effect on the environment and Arkansas' quality of life.  <div><br /></div>]]></description>

            <title>McNair Honored Again!</title>
            <description><![CDATA[<span class="mt-enclosure mt-enclosure-image" style="display: inline;"><img alt="irpstar.png" src="http://webapps.fayar.net/mt/community/irpstar.png" class="mt-image-left" style="margin: 0pt 20px 20px 0pt; float: left;" height="107" width="125" /></span>McNair Middle School received word today that they have been chosen as only the 5th School to Watch in Arkansas by the National Forum to Accelerate Middle-Grades Reform. McNair was named the 2008 Arkansas Middle School of the Year, and McNair principal Michelle Hayward was named the 2008 Middle Level Principal of the Year. <br /><br />McNair will be officially honored at a ceremony at the school in late February.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.schoolstowatch.org/Home/tabid/80/Default.aspx">For more information, here's the National Forum website. </a><br /> ]]></description>

            <title>Board Tours Butterfield Trail Elementary</title>

            <title>FHS Knowledge Master Team Takes 1st Place</title>

            <title>Designing a 21st Century Learning System</title>
